I was surprised that it was not just a front magnetic cover. That is what I thought I was ordering. Having said that it is a fine product. We will just need to see how long it lasts.

This cover is indistinguishable from the factory Smart Cover at a fraction of the cost. If it didn’t have different packaging I wouldn’t know the difference. Works nicely with the smart open feature on the ipad.

I wish Apple would keep selling accessories for the lifespan of their iPads but if you need a case specific to the iPad 9.7 pro this isn’t a bad option. It’s not that much different from similarly priced iPad cases on : hard plastic back with a somewhat stiff front cover. But the cut-outs are all correct and well-positioned the sleep-wake function works reliably and the cover folds easily to make a stand. The price of the black case is a bargain but we got the blue one. It’s a bit more baby/eggshell blue less turquoise than the pictures on but fine if you are looking for a light blue. If I planed to keep this iPad for more than another year or so I’d probably buy a back-up.

Bought to replace expensive Apple iPad cover which after three years disintegrated. Too early to give review on longevity but this cover appears to be well made fits perfectly and excellent value.
