Purchased for my 2nd gen iPad Pro. This case was my trusted companion for six months. i loved it in the field when taking notes with my Apple Pencil and it was also perfect if I was in the office and using my Bluetooth keyboard to do data input. I had no complaints it weathered well and the patina it developed from day to day use was not displeasing.

For the price this is a very nice simple smart cover for iPad Pro. Since it includes the iPad case as well the price is very fair. The case material is not hard ABS plastic. It has a slight soft grippy feel to it that makes for a secure comfy hand hold. The lining for the smart cover is soft and nonabrasive. I have no fear of the screen getting scratched. My only wish for this case was that the cover was removable. This would make it easier to hold for longer periods. Holding the iPad with the cover folded gets tiring after a few minutes. Otherwise this is really good value.
