      I purchased this to replace another popular brand on that was made with brittle. hard plastic for the backside of the cover that cracked into pieces in the corners.

      I used to have an expensive ($90+) Apple cover for my old iPad. This works just as well for a fraction of the price.

      Had this cover on a previous iPad that took a serious fall. case was scratched with one corner cracked but the iPad was unharmed just ordered a new iPad recently and ordered the same case. I can say this case took a fall and protected the contents. Very good case.

      This case fits the iPad Air 10.5 perfectly – fitting the rear tightly with no movement and a shut off system with front cover working efficiently. It also supports iPad effectively in landscape mode. It seems to give good all around protection with appropriate gaps for controls etc although there are two extra gaps which are there if used for the 10.5 Pro but not a problem for the Air. It also looks very good in Navy blue which is closer to a royal blu in colour.
