   For only spending a couple dollars. this thing is awesome. Sleep mode works like 85% of the time..One complaint: I have a non-Apple brand pencil and the case keeps the pencil from locking into place on the side. It stays well enough for my use but I wish it stayed on a bit more strongly.

    I like the case for being lightweight and not feeling bulky. Also. it is good in sleep mode to help conserve battery however I am slightly concern on one of its corners where it appears it doesn’t fit too well. I may get another case to compare and contrast.

    I read a number of reviews before I bought. I am now bemused at what those who berated the product were able to see that I cannot..It is well made. It fits well. The magnets work. The corner protection looks sturdy. It is pleasant to handle. Even the box it came in was good. For the price of a large glass of indifferent wine in a pub it is an absolute bargain..The only reason that I knocked off one star was that whilst the back and front and corners are well protected the edges are exposed. Some might like that and it might be an unfair criticism. I prefer as much protection as it is possible to have whilst leaving buttons. ports and speakers exposed.

    I got the red case and it looks really good. The cover folds and acts as a stand in landscape mode. The cover wake function is perfect and the cover stays shut as it grips the screen. The only thing I dislike about it is it marks- up really easily because of it’s soft outer material quality. The back part is plastic so it fares better with daily scrapes. Even so I highly recommend it.
