      This case is soft where it matters. and hard where it needs to be. the shell is durable but doesnt feel gross in the hand. with a nice matte finish. The flip cover is padded on the screen side and also has a soft matte to the front. I have zero worries about tossing my ipad around or into a bag with this. Sleep and wake magnet works as it should. Will look to JETech anytime i need a case for a device with no second thoughts.
