      They were Very Quick to resolve an issue I had with the1st cover. the 2nd one they sent me was pretty nice And exactly what I ordered. The only problem? It being my first ever iPad. I didn’t realize I’d want the Keyboard Cover instead of just a regular cover. So. in returning it for the more expensive keyboard version available. I’m pretty sure that it will Also exceed my expectations (because of their Customer Service standards alone) and if not? I know they’ll fix it to make sure that it does. Awesome Company! ??.UPDATE: After receiving the replacement case in the mail (and just returning it for a refund). I decided to take it out for a test drive. When I actually used it a few days. I found I liked having the versatility of owning a normal cover (for gaming or watching movies) and a keyboard case (for day to day things having a keyboard helps out with). So. in the end I decided to keep them both. I may even order another one in Purple! No Refund Needed Here After All! ??

      I bought one of these when I first got my Ipad back in 2018. It was a little harder to fit to the ipad but it worked well for 6 years. As the rubber perished and started to break. I decided to buy this replacement and Jtech have made this new case and I am very happy with it! It protects the ipad screen and I can even store the apple pencil in it! It looks like it will last as long and its obviously been improved. Would I recommend it?.Yes without a doubt! Thanks J tech!.
