      I finally got a simple black cover for my iPad Air. and it’s exactly what I needed. It fits perfectly. adding a slim layer of protection without bulk. The material feels nice to the touch and provides a good grip. The back is hard plastic but the front is soft touch..All the cutouts are precise. so I have easy access to ports and buttons. It keeps my iPad safe from scratches and minor bumps. which is a relief. For a basic cover. it does its job exceptionally well. I’m happy with the minimalist look and the added peace of mind.

      Lasted well over the last three years. Very protective case especially when stuffed in a rucksack. mine gets the odd (read frequent) bash on the same corner and this was how long it took to crack the corner grip. So pleased with it I have ordered an identical replacement. Very sturdy case and as a stand although i hold my iPad more so the good grip was more beneficial to me. excellent fit for my Air 4.

      The construction is plenty sturdy and I think this one will work out well for me. I wish the color matched my lilac colored iPad just a bit closer. but that is a very minor detail and it does look fine.
