      This case replaced a similar one from a different company whose cover was degrading (it was several years old. so I’m not knocking it). I wanted the soft back vs the hard back and this fills the bill. It is very protective. I also liked that it had a spot for the pencil. There are also some openings to make the pencil easy to remove. The one thing about this one I liked over the old one is the top cover is slightly larger than the bottom so it is easier to get your finger under it to open the cover. One thing to note about the color. The color Misty Blue really is more of a green. which is what I wanted. The picture is accurate. but why they call it Misty Blue I’m still trying to sort. I bought it hoping the actual color was the same as the pic vs the name so I’m happy.

      I like this iPad case. Holds the pencil well and protects the glass with the cover that opens. Also not slippery when holding or carrying.

      Case is snug. fits perfectly on the 10.2″ 9th Gen iPad. The slot for the pencil is great too – there’s two cutouts at the bottom to help push the pencil back out. or to charge the pencil while it’s in the case..Only minor comment – the colour is more a sage green than a misty blue. but it matches the colour in the image on the listing. so it’s not exactly a surprise.

      The case fits very snug both iPad and Apple Pen. Chances of falling are extremely low. The lid is very sturdy and protects really well. For the price I had to give it 5 stars for functionality. value for money and fit for purpose.
