      I purchased multiple units (restaurant use) they work well and are accurate. You have to make sure you stir the foods such as soups sauces gravies first. The laser light in one of the units arrived not working. Did not return as the laser feature is great but not a necessity.

      We ordered this one because we weren”t happy with the readings from the cheaper one we were using for our snake vivs. This one has enabled us to make adjustments to the thermostats for happier snakes. Also we”ve discovered that the silliest of our snakes actually enjoys chasing the dot almost as much as our cat does!
