      brought this to connect my PC via HDMI to an older monitor that only had VGA no HDMI to use temporarly so i can save for a proper up to date monitor. works well. plu and play for me. i aint getting super hd or anything cos the monitors old but the lead makes it compatible to use. so check your pc specs and display device specs cos if your expecting to get HD from pre HD display it cant make miricles happen
