    Worked will with my old monitor. I had to change rhe refresh rate on the monitor but i am assuming it had to do with monitor amd not the adapter. Overall happy with purchase quality of the product.

    This device is useful primarily in situations where a HDMI or DVI video output must feed into a VGA device typically a KVM switch. Resulting display is flawless. One caveat is that it requires a 5V (USB) power source either from the connected equipment or a separate supply. I have three in use and they have been reliable so far.

    Absolutely over the moon my screen is quite old but have been able to connect my laptop to it with this little gadget. Fabulous works great.
