I purchased this case not expecting much. but was pleasantly surprised on the details. for one I like the top antenna cutout that others don’t offer. I’ve read complains that the sides of the phone aren’t protected. this is because it’s a curved screen and no manufactures protect this area. we get only the top and bottom raised which is enough incase of a drop.

It’s light. slim fitting and easy to grip. It doesn’t add bulk to the phone. which is important for a phone this big to begin with. The pink is a lovely color and it’s hard to find any interesting colors in cases for the pixel. The side has a slight edging that makes for a good grip. I like that the color goes all around too so you can see it in the front. Nice protection on the back for the camera. The wireless charging works with this on too.

This case is a pretty good fit. probably as good as any can be with phone with even a slightly curved screen. raised bumpers at top. bottom and all around the camera lens bump..But my reason for 4 stars. and I considered 3 stars because I see it as such a problem. and why I am looking for a replacement is that the back is almost as smooth and slippery as the very slippery glass back of the phone itself! And the sides aren’t much better either.I have never dropped the phone yet but I think with this case it will only be a matter of time

Paid about 5 bucks with the half off and it came in well packaged and actually well made. Fits well just like the Spigen and better than the Torras one I tried. The corners do have some kind of shock absorbing properties. Though it’s overall thinner more flimsy than Spigen’s. There’s also raised border over top and bottom of the screen for protection..Two draw backs that made me kept the Spigen. one is there’s a slight but very distinct smell. I’m guessing it’s fresh off the injection molding? Second reason is the “carbon fiber” looking sides are more slippery than the rest of the case.
