The case fits snug on the Pixel 8a but is easy to slip on and off. The cut outs for the camera. flash. charging port. and speakers are perfectly aligned. The material along the edges feels like other cases that I’ve paid more for in the past. I’m not sure what the translucent back is about though. It is different from the other material and makes me wonder if it would be as effective at preventing damage if accidentally dropped. Despite that. I like the case overall. It’s slim enough to not make the phone feel too bulky or like a different phone entirely.

It’s a very sturdy case. without being too bulky. I like that it covers the camera bar. which offers nice protection. I have the bay blue colored Pixel. so I purchased the bay colored case. The blue isn’t exactly the same as the phone. but it’s very close and looks nice. Overall. I would definitely recommend this case.

Great case if you like to have a sleek phone with a nice feel. Edges are raised so the case protects well if it’s set face down or on its own its back. BUT if you like to use pop socket. oh snap. or other rings for the backing the matte finish doesn’t allow for the sticker to adhere.

Used on Pixel 8a. I prefer this kind of case to provide protection without too much bulk. Case is slim fit. with a matte finish that provides some grip without being a problem to get out of a pocket. Fit is tight on phone with perfectly aligned cutouts and air gaps in the corners to absorb drop shock (I did not drop test). The semi-transparent back is a bonus for me since I regularly slip a credit card between phone and case when I go running; now I can see the card without peeling the case.

Have a similar Jetech case for a Samsung. and that has proven itself in looking after my Samsung..This one is the same. Good moulding quality. and snug fit on the phone..The raised edges around the screen and the cameras really help to stop any damage if you should drop it..Quality case at a fair price. Recommended.

A nice-looking case that gives you protection but also lets you see the back of your case especially if it’s one of the newer colours for the 8a. Even though it is translucent is does make the colour look a little washed out. It fits my new 8a well. the cut-outs are nice and the buttons feel decent to press. I wouldn’t say holding the phone is the most comfortable thing but it does the job and it’s less slippery than holding the phone without a case. I can’t test the shock absorption but I will update this review if any changes need to be made.

First off: the Pixel 8a hasn’t official been released yet so we can’t test fit this BUT we expect it will as case manufacturers typically get a dummy phone to build their moulds from well in advance of release date. We’ll update the review once we do – we have our name in to get one of the first 8a’s out of local retail. (due “any day now” but mid-May at the latest. in all likelihood).Build is good if a bit basic. similar to an Otterbox Symmetry (e.g. “single layer”) which is fine for short drop protection and avoid bumps and scratches. while making the phone easier to hold and less likely to be dropped..The included screen protector makes the case a very good value vs buying separately. so we’re giving this nearly top marks. Again. check back in this space once we’ve test fit with the phone.
