I just replaced my Otter cover with this one. and it is so much sleeker. and thin. Love it! I’m not sure how much drop protection it offers. but it seems less than my previous cover. Time will tell.

Kinda thin and good protection but the reason I didn’t give it a full 5 stars is because its got a very tiny edge protector on the front of my screen and I’m still scared to drop it in case the screen breaks..Doesn’t offer protection if it drops face down. But over all slim. thin and durable design to slip in your pocket. Not bulky.

I bought this case after shelling out almost ten times its cost to get my cracked screen repaired overnight (as opposed to cheaper options that required me to surrender my phone for days or weeks. or significantly more expensive options to “upgrade” my phone for a more recently manufactured model with essentially the same features). My goal is to keep the current phone useful for another couple of years. by which time even the lowest-end current phones will be head-and-shoulders more powerful than what I have now. For a small fraction of the screen repair cost. this protective case is an important means for achieving my goal: cheap insurance against the next time my phone drops to ground. It fit my Galaxy S8 like a snug glove. seems solid and sturdy. yet does not add too much bulk to the phone. The only improvements I would suggest would be either a built-in kick-stand or a belt/pocket clip; slightly more rounded edges. which would help when one must hold it for extended periods; and perhaps a non-slip back-surface texture. But even as it is. this case seems well worth what I paid. I just received it. of course: We’ll see how it does over the long haul.

Been using this for a while now. I only rarely drop my phone but I have a couple times and the case protected it Very well. The only Con is that the case is a little smooth but it’s still a Winner in my book.

It was as advertised. Only complaint I could think of was the back of case material is slick. Makes it slide around easily. but also means it comes out of pocket easy.

I have that Samsung S8. The curved screen. has to be one of the worst ideas of a product in a long time..S7 great phone. s8 not a bad phone just runs through screens fast. Expensive screens at that. This case helps protect this bad screen design. Unfortunately even this case cannot fully make up for that bad screen design. You can find no glass screen protector that will stay on the s8 and I thank this case that my phone has made it this long. but now yet again it needs a new screen. I think I might replace it one more time and upgrade to the s10 or similar. Or just upgrade without replacing the screen not sure. But if you have and s8 I recommend this case.
