   Fits fire HD 8 2020 perfectly..Will allow tablet to stand up by bending the.cover into a triangle base..Have yet to see durability..Cover closes nicely over tablet. The lower price was my reason to buy this brand compared to other options.

    Good product that stands up to normal wear and tear. Sleep mode activates easily once cover is closed. Brought the same cover for a 7th generation Kindle. it protected that Kindle for 2 years without any issues. Expect the same performance for my current Kindle 8.

    Only problem for me is that the spine is on the wrong side for the Fire HD 8 Plus. That is. it opens from the left instead of from the right (picture any book; the spine is on the left as you hold it and the book/pages flip from the right to the left). Now. I can flip the tablet upside down so that the spine is on the left. but now the volume buttons are on the bottom and I find myself hitting them when I hold the tablet in my lap (the charging port is also down there so reading and charging at the same time is awkward). I am currently trying to figure out which is the lesser of those two evils. Everything else about the case is great. though.

    I have purchased some of the other covers on and although fine for the purpose. they do not have the quality of these covers. They are very stable and have a nice feel.
