      Cable is fairly well made. Cost was reasonable. Popped right in was in business with using a second monitor that had the dated connection set-up. Works like a charm.

      My dumb bum bought the wrong cable ?? but I have found a use for it and it works good. Something very important to note…this cable does not transfer sound. only image and video. You will need a separate audio device when using this for visuals.

      I was trying to add a new monitor to a PC that wasn’t old but didn’t have any of the newer type of ports such as DP. To a non techy person it was quite complicated and 3 other solutions didn’t work. some kind of backwards incompatibility but this product was recommended to me by a tech and it worked first time and it’s of a good quality. Don’t muddle with trial and error…..ask someone who knows their stuff !

      I have an older graphics card in my PC which offers two DVI outputs and my new monitor. a 27″ curved display from newegg. only uses HDMI. In my efforts to actually use it. I found what I thought was a pretty uncommon type of cable at a good price. It is really well made and I expect a trouble-free life from it.

      Yeah I mean it’s a cable. either works or it doesn’t but when it arrived it seemed fairly sturdy. well made. I like it. Video is clear. didn’t notice anything wrong!

      For bunches of years I’ve run 2 computers using the same keyboard. monitor. and mouse connecting them with a KVMP switch that has DVI video connections. Long story short. new computer came with only VGA or HDMI video inputs so this cable that connected the new computer to my existing KVMP switch was just the ticket for keeping my 2 computer setup using digital video signals. Attached very easily and has worked like a charm since. Longer than I needed. but highly recommended.
