These types of converters aren”t always reliable. I once worked in IT at a small company and we kept a plastic tote full of these because every other week someone”s display quit working and replacing one of these fixed it.This one has been the exception for me. After 3 years it still works.

I used this for a thin client that has dual monitors. It was very easy to install. Basically I plugged it in rebooted the computer and the monitors worked. You do have to be careful not to move it around to avoid flickering of the monitor. Not a bad product for the money.
