      It’s a good cable only work from DisplayPort to HDMI but that’s exactly what I needed. The plastic feels a bit cheap but that’s OK although I’d not be confident in its ability to withstand bending it. The addition of a locking mechanism on the DisplayPort side is a good feature.

      The most important thing to note is that this cable only works with the signal from the DisplayPort to HDMI. I have a powerful GTX970 and every time I booted the PC the HDMI cable in the GPU had to be removed and refitted extremely annoying as no signal being received on the monitor. I had hoped that this was just a problem with the GPU’s HDMI socket so I ordered this 4K DisplayPort to HDMI cable. Next day delivery with Prime smart packaging in a slim cardboard box as well. Works perfectly and I am getting 2K on my 2K monitor so very pleased indeed. DisplayPort is a better connection than HDMI as well.
