   I bought this for my 4th generation iPod Touch that someone gave me that I never used. It was still in the box with the original charging cord when I came upon it while looking for something else. I found someone who wanted the Touch but when I looked in the box the cord had disappeared. The charging cord gremlins struck again.

    I thought I had a terrible problem with all my old ipods as none were charging anymore nor were they being recognized in iTunes. Plugged them in to these cables and walla all my ipods worked charged and were recognized by all my cars and all iTunes. Making me a very happy person. So if you are having trouble with ipods try these cables. I highly recommend them. The crazy part is I don’t know what happened to all my existing cables they just stopped working and that in itself is mysterious. Could it be another apple battery issue (being sarcastic here ). But these cables work and I purchased three of them.

    Your charging cable for my iPad works exactly like the one Apple sells for much less money. I was hesitant because of the huge difference in price but there is no reason to spend a fortune on charging cables when your company provides top quality for a fraction of the cost!
